// Accessibility

Built to be used by everyone.

What we have done on this site for people who browse with assistive technology, what we have not finished, and where to send a problem.

Statement dated 19 September 2026 · Applies to innovent.io

Our commitment

Innovent wants innovent.io to be usable by everyone, whatever tools they browse with. We work to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, and we treat the gaps listed below as defects to fix, not as acceptable exceptions.

What is in place today

  • A "Skip to content" link as the first focusable element on every page, and a single main landmark per page.
  • Every navigation region is labelled, and every menu control is a real button or link with a visible name.
  • Text alternatives on every meaningful image, including the product screenshots and partner logos.
  • All motion on the site — the animated diagrams, counters, carousels and map sweeps — is stilled when your system asks for reduced motion, and the same content is shown without it.
  • Structured headings and structured data on every page so screen readers and search engines read the same outline you see.
  • Colour is never the only carrier of meaning: status is always also written in words.

Known gaps

We would rather list these than claim a conformance level we have not earned.

  • Some captions and labels in the product mock-ups are set below 14px; we are raising these where they carry information rather than texture.
  • A number of footer links and small controls fall short of the 44×44px touch target guideline on phones.
  • The mega menu on desktop is built on the client and is not yet fully operable with the keyboard alone.
  • We have not yet completed a formal third-party audit or published a VPAT / Accessibility Conformance Report. Public-sector buyers who need one for Section 508 or EN 301 549 can ask for our current self-assessment.

Tell us what is broken

If any part of this site is hard to use, write to support@innovent.io with the page address and what you were trying to do. We reply within two business days and we fix what we can in the next release.

The Innfini platform

This statement covers the public website only. Accessibility of the Innfini platform itself is addressed in each customer's contract and in the platform documentation, which is available to customers and prospective customers on request.
