Manufacturing OEE, quality, predictive maintenance.
Innfini brings line OEE, predictive maintenance, quality vision, WIP tracking and shop-floor workflows into one operating canvas — connecting MES, SCADA, PLCs, IoT and EAM to one decision layer.
Manual processes leave value on the table at every step of the operation.
The gaps are not exotic. They are the ordinary cost of running a plant on periodic checks and hand-keyed data — and they compound as volume grows.
Blind spots
Inventory, assets and equipment health are invisible between manual checks — decisions run on stale data.
Manual data entry
Hand-keyed counts and scans are slow, error-prone and don't scale — accuracy erodes as volume grows.
Reactive operations
Unplanned downtime, lost pallets and stock-outs are discovered after they hurt, not before.
Siloed systems
Data sits trapped in disconnected tools, with no single view to act on across the enterprise.
Five solutions, one connected operation.
Each delivers value on its own — and compounds when unified on Innfini. Most plants start with one and add the next once the first is paying for itself.
RFID inventory & supply-chain automation
Inventory counted by hand is slow, periodic and error-prone. By the time a stock count is finished the data is already out of date — stalling shipments and inflating cost. Every item instead carries an RFID tag and is read automatically as it moves: no line of sight, no manual scanning. Data entry becomes a by-product of normal operations.
- Reads
- Patented long-range RFID — hundreds of items at once, no line of sight, passive-tag economics
- Location
- True RTLS using statistical radiometric methods across multiple receivers, not simple antenna association
- Dock doors
- Direction of travel and moving-vs-stationary discrimination; ML reduces shielding between adjacent doors
- Integration
- Automated capture straight into ERP / SAP
ForkEye — machine-vision pallet tracking
Turn every forklift into a moving data-capture point. Pallets are scanned by machine vision the moment a forklift picks or drops them, in the plant or the yard, and the forklift's GPS locks a precise coordinate to each one. The map then shows every item's last scanned location, its timestamp and the forklift that moved it — with no manual data entry at all.
- Hardware
- IP66 720p anti-vibration camera plus an on-board edge processing unit, Wi-Fi or 4G
- Recognition
- AI image processing and object recognition on standard 2D barcodes, trainable for basic checks
- Infrastructure
- Minimum fixed infrastructure — low cost, quick to deploy, easy to expand
- Reporting
- Live inventory map, movement playback, filters by date, material, batch, zone, grade and type
IoT environmental monitoring
In manufacturing, ambient conditions decide product quality. Temperature drift, humidity spikes, poor air quality or pressure changes can spoil a batch and breach compliance — and they often go unrecorded until an auditor or a customer complaint surfaces the problem. A mesh of low-cost wireless sensors measures conditions continuously and feeds Innfini, turning guesswork into a defensible record of the conditions every product was made in.
- Measures
- Temperature, humidity, air quality and CO₂, pressure, and the rest of the process spectrum
- Alerts
- The CEP rules engine fires the instant a reading breaches a limit — email, HTTP, pub/sub or web socket
- Evidence
- Every reading logged for audit, with historical playback of what happened and when
Condition monitoring & predictive maintenance
Critical and semi-critical motors are typically the only assets with condition monitoring — yet they are just 15–25% of the fleet. The rest of the balance-of-plant equipment runs to failure, because traditional monitoring has been too expensive or too ineffective to deploy at scale. Low-cost wireless beacons measuring vibration and temperature, with edge processing and cloud AI, extend predictive maintenance to the whole fleet.
- Sense
- A wireless beacon on each asset measures vibration and temperature with intelligent edge processing
- Learn
- AI establishes each machine's own baseline, so deviation is judged against that asset, not a generic threshold
- Act
- Immediate notification when equipment stops or exceeds temperature thresholds
Command & control centre
Large organisations run dozens of disconnected systems — IoT, security, building management, ERP, GIS — each with its own screen and its own alarms. In an incident, operators swivel between consoles and correlate by hand. The Innfini control tower ingests from every source, correlates events in real time and presents one operational picture, with response playbooks automating the next step.
- Layer 1
- Data acquisition — technology-agnostic ingestion of RFID, sensors, machine vision, GPS, Bluetooth and third-party systems
- Layer 2
- Correlation and rules — the CEP engine and the visual Innfini Flow composer
- Layer 3
- Operational picture — dashboards, map reports, playbooks and role-based sharing
One platform beneath every solution: Innfini.
A technology-agnostic IoT platform that ingests from any device, applies real-time rules and AI, and turns item-level events into operational action.

Enterprise integration
Measurable impact, from the shop floor up.
The figures below are the ones the RFID deployments are held to. Below them is the number that usually decides the business case: what an hour of stopped line actually costs.
Maintained continuously rather than rediscovered at each count.
The count stops being an event and becomes a live figure.
Capture is a by-product of the movement, not a separate task.
The share of a typical fleet with no predictive monitoring at all — the gap condition monitoring closes.
Trusted on mission-critical operations.
Deployed where being wrong is expensive — energy, nuclear, heavy manufacturing and healthcare.
Saudi Aramco
Personnel safety, asset and tool tracking, machine vision and a control tower across offshore barges — zone-level visibility and live mustering.
