This policy covers innovent.io. It does not cover the Innfini platform itself — where we process data under contract on a customer's behalf, that customer's agreement governs, not this page.
Innovent, Inc. ("Innovent", "we") is responsible for the personal data described here. For any question about this policy, or to exercise any of the rights below, write to privacy@innovent.io. We answer every such request.
We collect only what you give us and what a web server necessarily records. There is no tracking pixel, no advertising network and no data broker involved.

We do not ask for and do not want special-category data — health, biometrics, political or religious views, or anything comparable. Please do not put such information into a form or a chat message.

We may also share data with professional advisers where we are legally required to, and with a successor entity in the event of a merger or acquisition — in which case this policy travels with it.
Innovent operates from the United States, the United Arab Emirates, Pakistan and Canada, and our processors operate internationally. Your data may therefore be processed outside your own country, including in the United States. Where the law requires a transfer mechanism, we use Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent.
Depending on where you live, you have some or all of the following rights. We apply them to everyone who asks, regardless of where they are:
Write to privacy@innovent.io. We will not charge you and we will not make it difficult. If you are in the EU or UK and we have not resolved your concern, you may complain to your national supervisory authority.
The site is served over TLS. Access to form submissions is restricted to the people who need it. We do not ask for a password anywhere on this website, and we will never email you asking for one — if you receive such a message it is not from us.
This is a business-to-business site. It is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe we have, write to us and we will delete it.
If we change this policy we will change the date at the top. Where a change is material — a new category of data, or a new processor — we will say so on this page rather than hoping you re-read it.
