// Command & Control · Situational awareness

One canvas. Every signal.

Innfini creates a unified geo-temporal operating picture across every real-time data source. Incidents, sensors, cameras, assets, field teams and SOPs are linked to time, location, status, severity, ownership and operational context — so operators always know what is happening, where, who is affected, and what is being done.

What Where Who Action
// The screens

Four views. One operating picture.

Each Innfini screen below is an illustrative scenario on one riverside city — the same map and the same event model from the common operating picture to a single incident, its replay and a port terminal.

01 · Common operating picture

Every agency, every zone, every severity — on one map, on one clock.

Police, fire, hazmat and port security each run their own systems. The common operating picture fuses them: three active incidents across the riverside, downtown and port districts, each with its camera cone, its assigned unit and its place on a shared event timeline. Filter by agency, zone or severity and everyone is looking at the same truth.

  • Incidents from every source on one map · road collision, perimeter alert, sensor anomaly
  • Camera coverage cones and live evidence at the marker
  • Assigned units and SOP per incident · Engine-12, Patrol-22, Hazmat-3
  • Event timeline across agencies · scrub back to any minute
02 · Coordinated response

From detection to closure, the incident carries its own evidence and its own owner.

A collision on the bridge is detected by Bridge Cam B-07. Innfini links the camera, logs the assignment to Engine-12 with SOP TR-04, and shows the route from Station 12 — so the operator, the station and the field crew see one incident record, not three. Closure stays pending until the field update arrives.

  • Detected → evidence reviewed → team assigned → closure pending, all on the record
  • Camera linked automatically · the frame that triggered the alert
  • Owner and SOP on the incident · Engine-12, TR-04
  • Route from station to scene with last field update time
03 · Event playback

Replay the whole incident — what was known, when, and who acted.

Time-aware means every layer can be rewound. Event playback shows the same map at 14:10 when the vehicle incident was detected, at 14:18 when the response was assigned and the ambulance route lit up, and at 14:32 when it was resolved. Scrub the timeline and the state of every unit, camera and marker follows.

  • Three states of one incident · detected, assigned, resolved
  • Timeline scrub · the map redraws to that exact minute
  • State card at any point · incident active, team en route
  • Built for after-action review, training and regulator evidence
04 · Port operations

The same canvas, drawn around berths, yard and gate.

Situational awareness is not only a city product. Around a terminal the zones become Zone 1 · Berths, Zone 2 · Yard and Zone 3 · Gate; an equipment alert on a reach stacker in the yard is detected, reviewed with Yard Cam 04 and assigned to maintenance with a next action — the same detected → reviewed → assigned flow, on a port map.

  • Operational zones on the terminal · berths, yard, gate
  • Equipment alert with zone, owner, status and next action
  • Yard camera view attached to the alert
  • Detected → reviewed → assigned · one accountable flow

Zone polygons (Zone 1, 2, 3) overlay the satellite map with live incident counts (red badges) and asset/camera markers. Right pane lists active incidents with severity tags (High / Medium), team assignments and pending tasks. Top strip pins weather (28°C partly cloudy · NE 12 km/h) and air quality (AQI 42 · Good) right next to multi-axis filters (Agency · Zone · Asset Type · Incident Type · Severity). Bottom timeline shows the day's event stream with a "now" cursor at 14:38:22 — operators scrub backward to replay any past minute.

// Why it matters

From dashboards to decisions.

01 · Unify

One Source of Truth

Every agency, system and feed on one canvas — no swivel-chair.

02 · Act

04 · Scale

From Site to City

Same map, same layers — from a single building to a multi-agency district.

Situational Awareness turns the chaos of multi-source ops into a single operating picture — one map, every layer, every signal, full time travel.
